Value for money, location, friendly staff, cleanliness and free breakfast.

Room a little small but i didnt really see it as a problem

The beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. They only give you two towels and charge you extra if you need a towel for your child. Apparently their policy is not to provide free towels to children under 13 even though they are clearly part of the booking. You also have to pay for slippers unless you want to use the communal ones.

Free breakfast, smooth check-in procedures, helpful and accommodating staff. I loved the entire stay and will definitely book again when I return.

Great location! Stations were near and easy to reach. The staff were very helpful and bice. The breakfast was delicious.

It was good for the price. Has bigger beds than other low price hotels.

The beds were quite hard. I felt like i was sleeping on the floor. Also the AC hits you in the face.

My worst experience in my fifth visit to Japan, the bathroom smelled terrible and the sink clogged most of the times. I asked for a change of room but the hotel said it was not possible. However, booking.com compensated me even though they could not reach an agreement with the hotel.

The location was very good closed to Asakusa, Donki, Subway station etc... The room was little small but it was resonable price which included breakfast.

There wasn't any wardrobe. The room was small and not much space to open a luggage.

Great location; a few minutes walk from TOEI and Metro lines. Can also easily walk to Asakusa. The staff were lovely. Toyoko Inn's have washing facilities and a decent included breakfast. The small room was comfortable and contained everything we needed.

The only negative was that the drains in our bathroom needed cleaning out as the water drained slowly and there was a smell in the bathroom.

Tasty breakfast!! and it’s free!Location was bit far away from main areas such as shibuya etc, but it was very peaceful and nice. Few minutes way to subway station. There are three convenient store around hotel which was just 2 mins away.

Well located close to a train station and walking distance to Asakusa attractions and Tokyo Skytree. Clean.

Breakfast area is quite small and crowded. Would have liked some continental options like rolls/croissants. Coffee was really bad.

The location is close to Tawaramachi station and Kuramae, making transportation convenient. I also appreciate how tidy the place is, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room is also spacious ☺️️

The breakfast buffet was great and my family loved it. The hotel’s location was also convenient as it is few minutes away from ginza line, oedo line and asakusa line. They maintained cleanliness at all times and the staff were fantastic and helpful. They are simply the best.

The smell of smoke when you open the aircon is quite annoying.

The location is very near to metro station, 5 mins walking to Tawarmachi Station. So many convenience store around this hotel which is good for me to buy things. The breakfast was good, The Receptionist can speak English and very helpful, The room is not so big but is quite enough for me to put luggage and all. Overall this hotel is very nice and i love the surroundings because its quite peaceful and safe.
